Client requirement:
To find a conference space in Prague, convenient for 450 pax in Banquet style set up and suitable for presentation, followed by Gala dinner, which was organized during the annual incentive trip for Loreal Indian employees. The venue should be also able to fulfil client´s requirement for authentic Indian cuisine.

Challenge:
Organisation of outside sportive activities in winter period and coordination of bigger amount of clients for activities with limited capacity. Preparation of authentic Indian cuisine for Gala dinner, including transportation of Indian tandoori ovens to the conference centre.

Output:
Despite of the challenging preparation and lot of changes and last minute requirements, the event was successful and client was satisfied with the event flow.
