Client requirement:
To organize an event in Hungary and Austria for two groups of 620 and 350 epmployees of pharmaceutical company, including a full day program, transfers, guide assistance, two gala dinnera at the hotel Budapest and catering in local restaurants.
Challenge:
Extremely demanding logistics in respect of high number of attendees. Separate program for 30 VIP clients in six vans, which was specified at the last minute. Coordination of two gala dinners including external catering, which the hotel could not provide exactly according to the clients request. Arrangement of three Indian tandoor ovens with three chefs, based on last minute request, when the group was already on spot. Coordination of 21 coaches and arranging guide assistance for city tours in both visited cities, Budapest and Vienna. Management of dinners at local Indian restaurant for upto 620 pax for one evening.
