Client requirement:
Organization of 6 days long itinerary to Czech Republic and Hungary including conference, sightseeing and teambuilding activities as well as parties and gala dinner with an Indian catering.
Challenge:
Challenge in organization of relatively short tour considering an amount of visited places and extensive program. Managament of the conference and gala dinner including external Indian catering to Prague and Budapest hotels. Arrangement of evening party on a boat in Prague including dance performances and DJ. Last minute requirement for entrance to Szechenyi Spa Bath in Budapest for all participants.
