Client requirement:
Incentive event for the employees of one of the most premium pipes producer in India, including conference and gala dinner at the Intercontinental Prague hotel. We provided complete range of services (accommodation for all participants, catering, transportation and event services) with maximum respect to Indian culture and dietary requirements.
Challenge:
Organisation of the gala dinner on arrival day was time challenging task, due to the afternoon arrival to the hotel, check in and timing of the cultural program for the Awarding Gala dinner. We had to be very flexible and adjust the time schedule of the evening according to the current situation. We were lucky to have great service providers who were very helpful and willing to adjust the program of the event as the situation required.
Output:
Client was very satisfied with the complete result, as well as with all the parts of the event. This good experience led the client to book the same group with Asiana MICE/ Europea.travel for 2020.
