Client requirement:
Find a suitable hotel and design a perfect program for only three days in Hungarian Budapest to fulfil the client´s wish, to bring to their guests the most of their stay in Europe.
Challenge:
To prepare arrival gala dinner on the boat in the heart of Budapest with special catering and Hungarian folklore show. Separated programme for VIP participants included e-bikes ride and transfer to the airport in vintage Rolls Royce limousines. All guests stayed in walking distance to the Fisherman´s Bastion and Matthias Church which are located nearby Buda Castle, with an amazing view to city of Budapest and Danube River. During the stay, participants also visited horse show in Hungarian puszta including traditional lunch and had a chance to taste Balkan specialities.
Output:
Client was 100% satisfied and there is a big chance for future collaboration for other projects in CEE region.
