Client requirement:
Client requirement was to provide a conference including gala dinner at outside venue. As well as accompanying program, catering, transportation and guide services for employees of the Indian banking company AXIS Bank.
Challenge:
Due to the low budget of the client, we had to improvise in the selection of venue for the Gala dinner. We arranged everything needed from our end. Specifically, we had to deliver parts of the stage from the Czech Republic and assembly it on the spot. Similarly, we proceeded with the preparation of catering, backdrop assembly and lighting and sound settings. No local supplier was used for these specific services.
Output:
The client was very excited about the selected venue,which in this case was a huge greenhouse, which is adapted for organizing events. Overall rating was excellent and the proof is that we again realizedwith the same client further events in the coming years.
