Client requirement:
Arranging a tour package of land services including Gala dinner events, transportation services, catering, team-building activities and guiding assistance during four days stay for Top employees coming from all branch offices Bacardi India.
Challenge:
Challenging event considering organization of a three gala dinners during their Prague stay.
The first gala dinner was realized on the deck of the biggest boat in Central Europe "Grand Bohemia". The second event was organized at traditional folklore restaurant including folklore dance and music performances. The last and most important gala dinner took place at the Žofín Palace, inclusive of awards ceremony and special evening entertainment.
Output:
The client was contented in every possible aspect.
