Client requirement:
Annual incentive event for employees and partners of Indian company Bajaj Allianz (till 2016 held in Asia exclusively).
Challenge:
Logistic was the main challenge for this event! The program was demanding due to the need of groups rotations in different venues/activities like city tours, Madurodam, Heineken brewery, etc. Other challenge was the fact that Indian clients are often late, this caused problems in terms of bus transfers but all was handled and group made all of its program.
Output: Very convincing result with positive impact on all other cooperation with final client and Indian tour-operator.
