Client requirement:
The clients main request was to provide primarily accommodation and transportation services, during their incentive trip to Prague. This group did not have pre-scheduled program, therefore we organized more requirements for additional services on the spot.
Challenge:
The challenge was the last minute requirements of the individual clients, which occured during the stay. Some of the clients have experienced visit of Chocolate Museum, others dinner in Mánes restaurant. We have even arranged tickets for the ice hockey match of HC Slavia Praha.
Output:
Clients have enjoyed relaxed stay in Prague with lots of experiences. As a result we confirmed future groups.
