Client requirement:
Find a suitable upscale hotel during the Octoberfest in Munich and design suitable program for only three days in Bavaria and Austria to fulfil the client´s wish, to deliver exclusive experience.
Challenge:
To prepare programme for VIP participants including the ultimate automotive experience. Culinary interesting enjoinment with taste of original Octoberfest feel of the Bavarian Capital. The request came on last moment as per availability of all VIPs, but despite of this fact we delivered seriously ultimate experience of driving super muscle cars as well as helicopters flights over Salzburg right from Red Bull Hangar No 7. The fine dining restaurants just made the cherry on the cake of this project.
Output:
Client was 100% satisfied and there is a big chance for future collaboration for other projects in CEE region.
