‍Client Requirement:

Select a European destination with exclusive 5-star hotel experiences and surface connections for a combination of two capital cities, including a gala dinner and sightseeing with unique experiences for the best distributors.

Selected Destination:

Budapest - Hotel Kempinski and Vienna - Hotel Hilton Vienna Am Park.

Challenge:

For groups over 350 passengers, split into two groups, we had to smoothly organize the entire program with all special meals based on Indian cuisine. Activities included Cessna flights over Budapest, shooting from real AK47 guns at a shooting range, and driving in a military tank vehicle. Additionally, we had to logistically execute the transfer to Vienna for the main gala event at Hilton Hotel, plus sightseeing in Vienna including Schonbrunn Palace visit and a full-day excursion to Salzburg.

Solution:
