Client requirement:
Organization of gala dinner at historical palace in Prague ciyt centre, on the occasion of annual awards ceremony with evening entertainment program and authentic Indian catering.
Challenge:
Complete organization of the event including venue rental, provision of AV technic and whole evening program as well as Indian catering. One of the fun activities was a teambuilding activity - laying drums. We had to provide 250 drums for all participants. At the selected venue, we had to find a place to place a catering tent, to prepare typical Indian bread in a tandoor oven. The Europea.travel team was deeply involved in realization such as preparation of the technique or decoration of the venue due to client´s limited budget.

Client was very grateful especially for the support from the team and will recommend the venue for future groups.
