Client Requirement:
Organize a high-end, corporate additional program to Fortinet Accelerate 25 Asia in Berlin for 150 Indian participants of the congress, including dining, culturalexperiences, and a gala dinner, with precise attention to dietary requirementsand seamless logistics.

Challenge:
Managing a large corporate group with multiple buses, guided tours, and varieddietary preferences based on authentic Indian cuisine while maintaining smoothtiming across multiple venues including city tours, Sanssouci Palace, and galadinner arrangements.

Solution:

• Curated Dining Experiences:     Organized welcome dinner at Lebanese restaurant and lunch at Indian restaurant with tailored menus, ended with fusion of October fest themed gala dinner combined with authentic Indian cuisine.
• Exclusive Cultural Program:     Arranged guided city tours and visits to Schloss Sanssouci, with staggered group entries and snacks distribution for comfort.
• Gala Dinner Management: Conducted an October fest themed gala dinner at Café am Neuen See (famous beer garden in Berlin), including an original experience with combining German and Indian cuisine, as charry on top with an authentic accordion player in Leder hose traditional German clothing.

Output:
The program ran flawlessly due to detailed planning, precise coordination, andproactive management of logistics.
