Organisation of an incentive trip for employees of Indian branch of Gulf oil for 5 days in Budapest, Hungary
Challenge:
The client required to create unique program in Budapest for his group, which would combine sightseeing of historical city centre, as well as visit of Hungarian countryside,along with special activities as visit of Cold War Park with Tank ride and Shooting or private Knights Tournament in Visegrad or visit of an equestrian horseshow in Lazar Lovaspark. The clients had a chance to experience Danube River cruise with authentic Indian catering as well as private cocktail dinner at Budapest club, with special program customized to the clients wishes.
