Client Requirement:
Create a high-impact program for a large international group, combining standout social events, engaging activities, and smooth cross-border coordination between Hungary and Austria.
Challenge:
With nearly 200 participants arriving in multiple waves, the key was to maintain energy and cohesion throughout the itinerary. The program needed to feel dynamic and varied, while ensuring precise timing, consistent service, andtailored dining for diverse dietary preferences. A particular focus was placedon delivering a large-scale gala dinner in a historic palace setting,requiring detailed planning of guest flow, arrivals, and overall event atmosphere.
Solution:
The program opened in Budapest with an energetic welcome evening at Paprika Revue House, designed to immediately immerse guests in Hungarian culture. Rather than a conventional dinner, the experience unfolded as a vibrant stage production, where live musicians,traditional dancers, and colorful costumes accompanied a multi-course menu. The interactive nature of the show created a relaxed and festive atmosphere,helping the group connect from the outset.
The following day introduced a shift in tone with an elegant cocktail dinner on board the River Diva, where guests enjoyed panoramic views of Budapest from the Danube in a more laid-backsetting.
A full day at Lázár Park added a countryside dimension to the journey. Beyond the traditional equestrian show,the program stood out with its informal and interactive elements, including apopular lángoš live station, which became a guest favorite and added alocal, hands-on culinary touch.
In Vienna, the experience culminated in an elegant gala evening at the historic Ferstel Saal. Guests arrived by horse-drawn carriages, creating a memorable entrance that elevated the entire occasion. The setting, combined with refined dining and atmosphere, provided a fitting finale to the journey.
