Client requirement:
The clients requirement was to provide accommodation, conference, catering and incentive activities for best employees of the year from pharmaceutical company named IPCA.
Challenge:
The event took a place in January, which is not standard period of travelling for Indian MICE groups, especially with regard to cold weather. Activities like Tank riding and AK-47 shooting were done at temperatures around zero, which is something very unique for our clients, with regard to the warm climate zone, from which the clients arrived. The highlight of the event was the conference followed by gala dinner at Intercontinental hotel, for which we have arrange external Indian catering to the hotel.
Output:
The client was very satisfied with the overall preparation of the event as well as with its implementation.
