Clients requirement:
Organize the incentive trip to Munich for employees of the company Loreal India, including unusual private parties and a day trip to Austria Salzburg
Challenge:
It was necessary to find disco clubs in Munich, that could be privatized for the group private parties including exclusive Indian catering and Indian DJ. The client has finally chose 2 disco clubs and in both of them the parties were successfully.
Output:
Despite of the challenging preparation and lot of changes and last minute requirements, the event was successful and client was satisfied with the event flow.
