Client Requirement:

Create a packed program with creative activities to provide an unforgettable experience for top-class investors of Indian Financial company.

Challenge:

Such a program was only possible with top-class partners as subcontractors. We exclusively hired one airport and brought one additional plane from different part of Czech republic to execute almost 90 tandem jumps and more than 150 Cessna sightseeing flights. The activities were combined with a go-kart tournament and a military experience day at a former military base with authentic tanks.

Solution:

• Coordination and Flexibility: Ensured seamless coordination for all activities, adapting to the specific needs and preferences of the group.
• Unique Activities: Organized unique activities such as tandem jumps, Cessna sightseeing flights, a go-kart tournament, and a military experience day with authentic tanks.
• Highlight Points: Organizing a exhibition match in Ice Hockey, while one team represented the company, and we had made custom jerseys for them and arranged figure skating performance in the breaks. Clients also enjoyed the Historical tram ride and vintage car transfer to the gala dinner at Žofín Palace.

Output:

The client appreciated the flexibility and creativity of our teams, as well as the cooperation during the execution. An exceptionally memorable event was delivered.
