Client requirement:
Organise an annual meeting and award ceremony for the best performing sellers of fidelity Club Mahindra membership in Prague.
Challenge:
Search an unique venue in Prague for the gala dinner and evening programme with respect to clients limited budget.
Gala dinner took place in unique venue of Royal Cinema Club, including complete set up, lighting, AV (audio-visual), flower decorations, Indian catering and artist show. Arrival to the gala was in vintage cars. In following days clients had a chance to visit Karlovy Vary, famous spa town, and participate in shooting tournament at professional shooting range.
Based on client´s request, guests were transferred in a replica of double-decker bus.
