To organize annual event for Mahindra company best dealers in Vienna, incl. teambuilding activity, welcome party and conference.
Challenge:
It was very challenging to find suitable venue for welcome party with sufficient capacity for 400 pax, good teambuilding option and most importantly, with possibility of Indian catering. The found venue, Vienna City Beach Club combined all points and the arrival party was very successful. Clients had experienced the Dragon Boats rides, where particular teams could challenge each other and later they all enjoyed local cuisine along with typical Indian items and BBQ.
