Client requirement:
Organization of an incentive trip to Budapest and Prague, for employees of the company RAK Ceramics from India. In addition to standard services such as accommodation, catering and transport, the program included also the organization of a team-building activity with a football theme in Hungary or morning yoga lessons near the hotel.
Challenge:
For the purpose of the event has the Europea travel rented a football field in the center of Budapest and provided football referees and cheerleaders along with of course authentic Indian catering and Indian DJ. For the morning yoga lessons we have arranged the premises of the Prague hotel roof.
Output:
Whole event went excellent and client was very satisfied with such a smooth realization.
