To prepare accompanying program for attendees from India on medical congress in Budapest, with extended stay in Vienna. To find a unique and budget venue for the groups Gala dinner.
Challenge:
During the congress period in Budapest, to find a unique venue for the Gala dinner, which would be suitable for authentic Indian catering, as well as special evening program with life performances. We have managed to confirm for the group special venue directly at Buda Castle, where the clients could admire wonderful historical ambience. Besides the Gala dinner, the clients could enjoy during their stay various sightseeing tours of Budapest and Vienna, as well as special activities as shooting in Budapest,Knights tournament in Visegrad or Schonbrunn Palace visit in Vienna.
