‍Client Requirement:

Select and recommend a destination for a global appreciation conference for teams from more than 12 countries. The event required consecutive meeting days and a leisure program within the city, along with a memorable one-day excursion outside the city. Client selected Poland - Warsaw as the main city and Krakow for one-day excursions.

Challenge:

Managing almost 600 delegates with scattered arrivals required a comprehensive program and fully dedicated managers to handle the entire event. Activities such as golf buggy transfers and slots for the most attractive sites needed precise coordination with endless flexibility due to hot weather and thunderstorms.

Solution:

• Coordination and Flexibility: The team ensured seamless coordination for all activities, adapting to weather conditions and maintaining flexibility.
• Culinary Experiences: Exceptional dining experiences were provided, including an exclusive dinner at Stary Dom restaurant, catering to Muslims, vegetarians, vegans, Jains, and other dietary requirements.
• Unique Atmosphere: A lunch at Hard Rock Café was highly appreciated for its different feeling and atmosphere.

Output:
