Client requirement:
Arranging a complete tour for employees of the world-famous truck manufacturer in Poland, including accommodation, transport, guide services, catering and a conference services at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel
Challenge:
It was the first conference in Warsaw organised completely by our team. During the group's stay, the client wasnt still decided on the place of the farewell dinner. Our team showed great flexibility and found a suitable restaurant for the group at the last minute, Warsaw's Hard Rock Café, with which the client was very satisfied.
Output:
Our client thanked us for a good job and supposes that we will organize similar events like this in another European destinations.
