Client requirement:
Find an alternative foreign destination for the client instead of the originally selected Slovakia and organize an incentive event for the company's employees.
Challenge:
We have prepared a last minute incentive event for the client in Budapest, Hungary. For participants, we provided not only standard travel services such as accommodation, bus transport from Prague to Budapest or the services of local Czech speaking guide, but also a panoramic boat cruise on the Danube River, a visit to the famous Széchenyi thermal baths and tasting Hungarian specialties in local restaurants.
Output:
The participants praised their stay in Budapest, and thanks to the positive feedback we confirmed a number of other incentive events with the client.
