Clientrequirement:
Preparation and implementation of a three-day business conference in Prague, which was attended by representatives of the client from all over the world. The event also included the teambuilding accompanying program and also experiential dinners in the city center of Prague for the entire group.
Challenge:
It was crucial for the client that in the main event season in Prague we managed to find a suitable 4* hotel with quality facilities for organization of business conference, which was also able to offer up to 70 rooms in required dates. In addition to organization of evening cruise on the Vltava River or an experiential dinner in a medieval pub, we also prepared a TREASURE HUNT teambuilding game for the client, which ended at a bar overl ooking the Vltava River.
Output:
The client was extremely satisfied with the preparation and flow of the event, the high degree of our flexibility and then also the excellent conditions that Prague offered for this important event.
