Client requirement:
Arranging accommodation for top management in several hotels in Ostrava district on the occasion of NATO DAYS Ostrava 2019.
Challenge:
The client requested the services only two months before the start of the event, when the accommodation capacities in the Ostrava region were almost completely sold out. Also in following weeks the required capacity has also increased several times.
Output:
Despite of the high occupancy of the hotels in Ostrava, we have managed to provide capacities for the group as per clients requirements.
