Client requirement:
Organization of the evening event for the "Air Arabia Road Show“ on the occasion of the presentation of new direct flights from Prague to Morocco. Providing unique venue with representative conference facilities, AV equipment, catering and decoration.
Challenge:
The Road Show was held in the theme of Moroccan spirit. The dinner included Moroccan specialties and the program was enriched by classical Moroccan music and dances. Among the invited guests were representatives of the Moroccan embassy or the the Prime Minister of the Czech Republik, Mr. Andrej Babiš
Output:
The client was very satisfied with the course of the evening and the event was successful.
