Client requirement:
Implementation and complete preparation of the entire event,including the platform, graphics, decorations, and distribution of 600 gifts throughout the Czech Republic
Challenge:
Our agency was tasked with organizing and executing a charitable Christmas event for children from disadvantaged backgrounds – especifically in shelter homes across the Czech Republic. This included creating and managing an interactive microsite, delivering Christmas trees with decorations to all locations, checking gifts against a list, purchasing missing gifts, packing,and distributing them to shelter homes or pickup points. Our agency was also responsible for all graphic and advertising materials and for communication with relevant nonprofit organizations.
Output:
Wonderful feeling to be involved in a unique project with a deeper purpose and bring happiness and smiles to 600 children throughout the Czech Republic
