Client requirement:
Organization of accompanying services for two public events in Prague and Brno, held on the occasion of the national celebrations of the 100thanniversary of the Czech Republic, under the auspices of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
Challenge:
The aim of both events was to evoke the atmosphere of the First Republic and to provide the visitors with educational and entertainment program. For the client, we have provided the outdoor facilities of the event, including tents, decorations, sound and projection equipment, as well as an accompanying program, including hostesses dressed in period costumes, artists, a retro bike rider or a stand with roasted chestnuts or a barrel organ player.
Output:
Both events were perfectly realized under the supervision of our team. The client was satisfied with the course of the event.
