Client requirement:
Organization of New Year's Eve party (premises, catering, AV equipment etc.) for a big group of Canadian ice-hockey fans attending the World Junior Championship in Ostrava + construction of the huge tent next to the ice-hockey arena, where a Canadian fanzone with refreshment was created for the whole duration of this tournament.
Challenge:
The client organized this event for the first time in Ostrava and we had to deal with a number of challenges (to find appropriate area to place the required catering tent, manage the heating and security at the tent, searching for a suitable venue for our client‘s New Year's Eve party etc.).
Output:
The client was extremely satisfied and is even considering to use our services at other junior world championships within European continent.
