Client requirement:
Organization of five days long complex program for general regional managers of the company coming from all over the world with the main target to visit the company´s headquarter in Tokyo.
Challenge:
Exigent arrangement of flight connection in respect of particular date and different departure destinations. Complex arrangement of travel services including transport, accommodation, guide services and meals in local restaurants.
Output:
The project was completed successfully according to the plan and all participants were satisfied.
