Client requirement:
Organization of an annual event of Ministry of Health, under the auspices of the Minister of Health, in “Brevnov Monastery” in Prague for the awarded scientists and researchers for best evaluated projectsfor 2022.
Challenge:
For this year´s awarding event we had to choose again a different cultural performance of classical music as a filler in between the awarding. In the past years events we provided for the event only instrumental music (violoncello or violin players). This time we secured a live performance of a famous opera singer Andrea Kalivodová, which was accepted by the audience with unprecedented success. Also we were requested to supply a baroque style table for the podium, which we have successfully find and manage to deliver the same into the venue.
Output:
The client was satisfied with the organization of the event, as well as the catering services, hostess services and other parts of the event. We had managed to confirm the event for next year 2023, a swell.
