Minister of Health Awards for medical research and development 2023

Client requirement:

Organization of an annual event of Ministry of Health in “Baroque refectory of the Dominican Monastery” in Prague for the awarded scientists and researchers for best evaluated projects for 2023.

Challenge:

The venue,Baroque refectory is located in the very heart of Prague and we had to deal with difficult accessibility for our suppliers to the venue, as well as with the fact, that the event was taking place in the winter season and needed two event spaces, one for the formal event and one for the catering services. This was conveniently solved by renting the adjusted monastery ambit, where we installed portable heaters, so we have managed divided space to get both event parts.

Output:

The client was satisfied with the organization of the event and our suggested solution for the event space division. We believe in cooperation on future events with Ministry of Health.
