Client requirement:
Prepare customized proposal for a company meeting near Prague, in an interesting location, with the possibility of accommodation and conference services, as well as an evening party concept and an afternoon accompanying program with emphasis on the Auto-Moto theme.
Challenge:
Find a unique hotel within driving distance of Prague, suitable for organizing two-day meeting, which would include both a conference part and an informal evening program. We managed to confirm the castle "Hotel Ratměřice"for the client, which met the client's requirements. The afternoon program included rides in unique cars of the "Kaipan" brand or the latest electric cars of the Tesla brand.
Output:
The client was satisfied with the choice of hotel and accompanying program proposed by us. We continue to collaborate on other mutual projects.
