Skanska approached us to organize an exclusive conference for approximately 50 senior executives and key leadership representatives from various European branches. The goal was to provide a prestigious venue in the heart of Prague that would reflect the company’s status while ensuring a smooth environment for strategic meetings. The assignment also included organizing a team-building activity across Prague, arranging luxury accommodation, and preparing a formal gala dinner for all guests.
Challenge:
The main challenge was to balance the formal conference agenda with engaging networking opportunities and an experiential program that would allow participants to discover Prague from a different perspective. We coordinated logistics for international guests, designed an interactive team-building activity throughout the historic city center, and ensured premium hospitality services and gastronomy suitable for top-level executives.
Result:
