Client requirement:
Ensuring a complete three-day event "Bestdealer event 2023" in Naples, Italy, which was a reward for the bestdealers from all over the world.
Challenge:
The client's wish was to secure a luxurious 5*hotel, top restaurants and an above-standard accompanying program in Naples just 3 months before the date of the event. A special challenge was the organization of a gala dinner in Giardini del Fuenti on the Amalfi Riviera,where a structure with round tables had to be built directly above the surface of the local lake. Another challenge was to arrange individual airport transfers for 100 guests from all over the world.
Output:
The client was satisfied with the course of the event, our flexibility and, above all, with the location of Naples and its surroundings (Vesuvius, Capri, Amalfi, etc.) proposed by us, which enchanted the guests.
