Our Taiwanese client wanted to organize the "Taiwan-Europe Chip InnovationForum" event in Dresden, Germany, which was attended by approximately 200guests from among experts, diplomats, students, representatives of media,universities, etc.
Challenge:
The client wanted to organize this event relatively quickly (only 3 monthsbefore the start of the event) and expected to get complex congress-typeproducit – our agency had to create event website for the purpose ofregistering for the event, it was also necessary to ensure the production,import and installation of advertising banners/walls or special AV equipment(live streaming, external giant screens from Prague, etc.) and of course it wasalso necessary to choose a unique location for this event in the heart ofhistoric Dresden, in order to strengthen the reputation of the entire event.
Result:
Our agency managed to secure a top 5* hotel in the heart of Dresden andnegotiated terms that met the client's budget limits. At the same time, wecreated a high-quality website for the purpose of guest registration and alsoensured the external production of advertising banners/walls along with specialAV equipment that was needed for the event. The client, who comes from adifferent cultural background (Taiwan), was enthusiastic about how thecooperation with the Czech agency went and how everything was quickly preparedso that this event was considered a success and its organization could continuein 2026.
