Client requirement:
Land services including hotels and transportation for the participants of Symposium, organization of gala dinner at Žofín Palace, two days congress in Czech National Bank, welcome dinner on the steam boat and visits outside areas of the Prague, rental of AV equipment, production of banners and other branding items.
Challenge:
Historically first symposium of experimental test pilots within SETP which took place in Prague and was allied with 100 year anniversary of foundation AERO Vodochody, the main sponsor of the event.
Output: Great success. President of SETP considered this symposium as one of the best in the last years.
