Client requirement:
Organization of the annual conference, including accommodation for company representatives from various countries around the world. Transfers and gala dinners during the stay were also provided. The whole event was preceded by an inspection trip.
Challenge:
Arranging a 4-day conference with rental of various types of lounges and conference facilities. Challenging to organize transfers, as the passengers were from different countries of the world.
Output:
