
ClientRequest:
Providing a six-day incentive event for the best 80 sales people in Ecuador, the main focus of which was to be a visit to the Galapagos archipelago, including attractive boat trips, a gala dinner, etc.
Challenge:
The client wanted to secure up to 55 rooms in at least 4* hotels in close proximity and in an attractive location, which is a very non-standard group size considering the limited capacity of hotels in the Galapagos. At the sametime, it was necessary to arrange a flight for the entire group from the Ecuadorian mainland (the city of Guayquil) to the Galapagos island of San Cristobal, or to divide the group into 9 smaller ships that took boat trips tothe surrounding islands.
Result:
Our agency managed to find high-quality hotels that were only 200 m apart andthat were 100% occupied by the client‘s group, as well as blocking half of the capacity of the LATAM plane from the Ecuadorian mainland to the Galapagos.After a year of preparation, the event took place and the group was thrillednot only with the amazing fauna, natural scenery of the Galapagos and the greathotel, but also extremely satisfied with our flexibility, ideas and commitment.
