Client requirement:
Organization of a two-day conference near Barcelona, Spain, in a hotel resort in an attractive location (close to the beach, with swimming pool at the hotel, etc.).
Challenge:
Provision of special AV technology (e.g. a large LED wall) and above all the organization of airport transfers for 90 people who arrived in Barcelona at different times from many European destinations.
Output:
The client was extremely satisfied with the Aqua Onabrava hotel, recommended by our agency, and also with the fact that we were able to find available capacity and prepare the whole event within the gallows deadline (1month).
