Client requirement:
Ensuring a complete four-day event "Best dealer event 2024" on the Portuguese island of Madeira, which was a reward for the previous year's performance for the best dealers from 32 countries of the world.
Challenge:
The client wanted us to find an unusual destination with good air connection, whose visit would be attractive for award-winning dealers from all over the world. In the given destination, it was also necessary to secure a luxurious 5* hotel, find top restaurants or prepare an above-standard experiential accompanying program. A special challenge was the organization of a gala dinner at the Casino da Madeira, during which the invited dealers were awarded. Another challenge was to arrange individualairport transfers for all 100 guests.
Output:
The client was satisfied with the result of the event (guests were really satisfied), our precise organization and especially with the location of the island of Madeira designed by us, which the guests liked very much.
