Organization of a week-long incentive trip to Argentina with a rich accompanying program and, above all, a visit to the famous Iguazu Falls.
Challenge:
The client wished to combine a visit to Buenos Aires (and the surrounding area) with the distant Iguazu Falls on the border with Brazil (necessary flight from another airport, change of hotel). Another difficult task was the sudden cancellation of the KLM flight on the way back from Amsterdam to Prague, when our agency had to come up with an alternative full-day program in Amsterdam within 2 days prior departure.
Output:
Despite the difficulties with the cancelled KLM flight, the client was satisfied both with the program of the entire tour (mainly with a visit to the Iguazu Falls or a tango performance in Buenos Aires), as well as with the flexibility and hard work of our agency.
